Areas of Specialism
I offer relaxed, confidential, professional and non-judgemental help to women, men and young adults with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, worry, stress, shame, anger, guilt, relationships, couples, bereavement, eating disorders, childhood suffering, abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, sexuality, gender as well as other concerns.
The relationship between the client and counsellor is the primary vehicle for change. Together we will look at the present and the past: patterns, feelings, thinking and behaviour cognitively and emotionally. Trust, confidence and openness are key areas of the work and I seek to develop that to help you achieve the changes you want.
